No credit card upfront.
Sending your file costs nothing. Payment is only requested after you have read and signed an agreement.

Upload the letter you received and any documents that go with it, tell us your deadline, and describe what happened in your own words. Nothing is charged at this step and you are never asked for payment details.
Your submission goes to a licensed consultant, who reads it and decides whether they can help. They may accept it, ask you for more information, suggest a different level of service, or tell you they cannot take it on.
If the consultant takes the matter, they send you an agreement setting out exactly what they will do and what it costs. You read it and sign it electronically. Nothing has been charged yet, and you are free to decline.
After the agreement is signed you receive a payment request for the amount written in it, and a receipt once it is paid. If the consultant ever proposes a different price, the work stops until you accept it, decline it, or ask to discuss it.
Once payment is received, a secure portal opens for your matter. You can upload documents, answer questions, and download what the consultant prepares, all in one place.
The consultant completes the work and delivers it to you through that portal, with an invoice recording what was done.
