AI Assistant in your dashboard
A general-purpose chat assistant grounded in your tenant context. Draft client messages, summarise IRCC operational bulletins, brainstorm scope items for a matter, or ask a quick how-do-I question. 10 prompts per day on Basic, 50 per day on Premium. Usage resets on a rolling 24-hour window.
AI document analysis at booking
When a client books a consultation, they can opt to share immigration documents (passport, prior refusals, work permits, school enrolment letters, etc.). The platform extracts a structured brief (country, status, dates, prior applications, red flags) and attaches it to the booking so you arrive prepared instead of reading cold.
Service Agreement AI Populate
Drop client documents into the Service Agreement builder. AI extracts client identity, matter type, scope items, family members, sponsors, and recommends one of the 71 global templates as a starting point. You review every proposal before it lands on the draft. Nothing is silently applied.
Service Agreement AI Review
Run a draft through an audit against the CICC Code of Professional Conduct, the 71-template global library, and a curated set of best practices. Get a structured list of observations, warnings, and recommendations before you finalise. Paid by the action via the Store (1 point per review), so the cost scales with use, not subscription tier.
Multilingual booking page
Your public /book/<slug> page translates dynamically into 10 languages including 3 right-to-left scripts (Arabic, Persian, Urdu). Visitors pick their language from the header; the form, calendar, service descriptions, and confirmation page all flow through. Translations are cached globally so popular pages don't pay the translation latency twice.
Client-side Service Agreement translation
On the signed-agreement portal, clients can request a per-clause translation modal in any of the 10 supported languages. Proper nouns (your name, your firm, the client's name) are preserved through ASCII-placeholder substitution so a translator never garbles them. Renders alongside the original; never replaces it.
Help-center chat
Tenant-side chat that answers "how do I" questions about the platform itself. Grounded on the FAQ + Tenant Manual so the responses match the documented behaviour, not a hallucinated guess. Available on every tier. No quota.
Platform-managed providers
Google Gemini powers the chat surfaces and booking document analysis; Anthropic Claude (Sonnet 4.6) powers the Service Agreement AI Populate and AI Review; Google Translate v2 powers the multilingual surfaces. All keys are platform-managed; no BYO-key configuration needed, no per-tenant billing exposure to the LLM providers.
Privacy posture
Documents and prompts pass through the relevant provider for the duration of the API call. No prompt or document is used by the provider to train their models per their respective enterprise-API terms. Audit logs on the platform side capture metadata (timestamp, action, character counts) but not the full prompt content. See the Data Security page for the full disclosure.
