What you can do

• Public booking page

  Clients book your services directly from a shareable link, no back-and-forth emails.

• Google Calendar sync

  Confirmed bookings appear on your calendar in real time, with a meeting link created automatically for online consultations.

• Per-service duration, pricing, and availability

  Define how long each service takes, what it costs, and which days and hours you offer it.

• Discount codes

  Offer percentage or fixed discounts for returning clients, promotions, or referrals.

• Automated email confirmations and reminders

  Clients and you both get a confirmation, a calendar invite, and timed reminders.

• Self-serve reschedule and cancel

  Clients can change or cancel their booking via a secure link, with your approval rules respected.

• Booking page designer — arrange and style your own page

  Choose how your services are laid out: one, two, or three columns on a wide screen, the order they appear in, and whether a service spans the full width. Colour them by type so free consultations, paid consultations, Q&A sessions, and written opinions each read differently at a glance. Set your page and card colours with a built-in contrast check, place your logo and firm details, choose how wide the column runs, and offer your services as cards, as a drop-down list, or both. Presets and service colours are free for every firm; the finer layout, chrome, and colour controls come with Premium.

• Booking Notes — structured meeting notes per booking

  After the consultation, open the booking and click Add meeting notes. Eight encrypted cards capture prospect identity, family, matter, fees, advice, and documents. Two one-click hand-offs follow: Send the Intake Form (the prospect gets a review link and clicks Confirm) and Make a proposal (seeds a Service Proposal pre-filled from your notes). • Interac eTransfer, alongside cards

  Switch it on in Settings and clients booking more than 48 hours ahead can pay by Interac eTransfer instead of by card. Choosing it does not charge anyone: it holds the time for 24 hours and shows the client your eTransfer address and a reference to quote in the transfer message. Nothing is confirmed, and no agreement, calendar invite or document copy goes out, until you have checked your own bank and approved it from the Awaiting eTransfer queue.

• Your own Zoom, one meeting per booking

  Connect your own Zoom account and every online booking gets its own Zoom meeting, not a shared room. Reschedule and the meeting moves with it. Cancel and it is deleted. Each consultant connects their own account and keeps their own Zoom plan.

• Google Meet and Microsoft Teams too

  Already on Google Calendar or Outlook? Meet and Teams links keep working exactly as they do today. Pick a preferred provider per person, or pin one to a specific service.

• We send four fields and nothing more

  Creating a meeting sends the topic, the start time, the duration, and the time zone. No client names, no notes, no documents. We only ever create, update and delete the meetings this app made, and we never touch a meeting you set up yourself.
