Express Entry Intake
Collect a client's full Express Entry profile in one secure, guided online form. You send a private invitation; the client verifies their identity and fills a form that mirrors the official IRCC Express Entry profile. Optional AI document auto-fill reads their documents and proposes answers they review before applying. Encrypted at rest, bilingual EN + fr-CA, and a copy-button transcription view for your team to key the profile into IRCC.

A form that mirrors the IRCC Express Entry profile
The client walks through the sections of the official Express Entry profile (application details, personal details, contact details, study and languages, and work history), followed by a completeness check. The questions match what IRCC asks, with plain-language help on every field, so the client answers once and your team keys a clean profile into IRCC.
AI document auto-fill the client controls
On each page the client can upload a passport or national ID, a utility or phone bill, transcripts / diplomas / ECA reports, language test results, or work reference letters. Our AI reads them and proposes values for that page; the client reviews each proposal, unticks anything wrong, and applies. Two language tests fill the first and second language slots; multiple work documents each add a job and the client picks the main one. Uploaded documents are read once to fill the form and are never stored.
Secure by design
Every answer and question is encrypted at rest under your per-tenant key. The invitation link carries an opaque token (never the agreement reference) and rotates on resend; the client signs in with the email on file, the Service Agreement number, and a one-time emailed code. Audit records store only counts and flags, never the client's answers or documents.
Co-edit, transcribe, reopen
Before submission you can co-edit any answer from the dashboard with per-field provenance. When the client submits, you get a transcription view laid out in IRCC page order with a copy button on every field. Need a correction? Reopen the form and the client is emailed a fresh link.
Fully bilingual, and it is not an IRCC form
The entire client form is available in English and Quebec French; the client switches languages at any time. The portal states plainly that this is an intake tool to prepare the profile, not an IRCC form, and nothing is submitted to IRCC from here.
How it works

From the dashboard, start an Express Entry Intake for a client with a Service Agreement on file. Review any AI proposals from their documents, then send the invitation. The client gets a private, single-use link.

The client opens the link, verifies their identity with a one-time code, and fills the form at their own pace on any device. They can upload documents to auto-fill each page, ask you a question with attachments, and save and return any time. Nothing reaches you until they submit.

When the client submits, you are notified and the form locks. Open the transcription view to copy each field straight into the IRCC Express Entry profile. Reopen for corrections if needed.
Pricing
Express Entry Intake is a Premium feature (Premium $69 CAD/mo). Every tenant on an active Premium plan or complimentary Premium sees it in the dashboard. The AI document auto-fill uses our platform-managed AI and counts against your daily AI allowance; the form, transcription, co-editing, and bilingual client surface need no AI.
