Service Agreements
CICC*-aligned service agreements with multi-party e-signatures and a client-facing portal.
What you can do
100+ template global library
Covers every major Canadian immigration service category, from Initial Consultation to PR sponsorship to citizenship.
300+ government fee catalogue
Pick from a maintained catalogue of IRCC, CBSA, IRB, and provincial / territorial fees. Each entry carries its current amount, jurisdiction, and per-applicant scaling rule (per principal applicant, per dependent under 22, per family, etc.). We refresh the catalogue as governments publish changes so your agreements quote the right numbers.
Multi-party e-signatures
Client, sponsor, designated representative, co-counsel, third-party payer, and the RCIC all sign in the same flow.
Encrypted PDF generation and secure client portal
Signed agreements are generated as encrypted PDFs; the client portal is token-gated, with the agreement encrypted at rest under a per-tenant key.
Automatic reminders to unsigned parties
Daily reminders go out to anyone still missing a signature until everyone has signed.
Amendment flow
Amend a fully-signed agreement without cancelling and redrafting; the amendment ties back to the original by reference.
Bill on signing
Auto-generate a payment bill the moment the agreement is fully signed, with your configured payment methods and scope.
AI populate
Upload a client document and AI proposes draft values for client, matter, scope, parties, and government fees.
AI review
Audit your draft against best practices and surface gaps before sending for signature.
Bilingual portal (EN / fr-CA)
Clients can read their agreement in English or Quebec French, with on-the-fly client-side translation into other languages.
58 configurable clauses
Including PFL surcharge, payment-method surcharges (Stripe + wire), government-fee disbursements, refund policy, complaint handling, and termination.
Customize the articles
Hide articles you don't need, add your own custom articles, or rewrite the body text of unlocked articles — all from Settings. Seven structurally locked articles (parties, definitions, engagement, fees, payment schedule, signatures, integration clause) stay protected so the document keeps the legal backbone the rest of the platform depends on.
Client discount under Professional Fees
Grant a labelled one-time discount (loyalty, valued client, referral) right on the fee. The discount is pre-tax (HST/GST applies to the discounted amount, per CRA treatment) and the payment schedule and milestones rescale automatically.
Start from an Intake Form or Service Proposal code
Type an IF-YYYY-XXXXXX (intake submission) or SP-YYYY-XXXXXX (accepted service proposal) code on the Service Agreements dashboard and the Builder opens with the client identity, family roster, and matter context already pre-filled. The seeded SA carries a back-reference to its source so the linked intake or proposal shows the resulting agreement on its detail page.
How it works
- 1
Choose a template from the global library or create your own.
- 2
Fill in client, matter, and scope details, or let AI populate propose draft values from an uploaded document.
- 3
Send for signature; parties sign in the client portal; you countersign when ready.
