What you can do

  • Payment link for any amount

    Create a bill for any amount and email it to any client without setting up a recurring invoice flow.

  • Stripe online checkout

    Clients pay by credit card through a hosted Stripe checkout; the bill auto-marks paid on success.

  • Offline payment methods

    Accept e-Transfer, cheque, wire transfer, or cash; manually mark the bill paid when the funds arrive.

  • Reference numbers per bill

    Every bill gets a unique BILL-XXXX reference for your records and the client's bookkeeping.

  • CICC compliance reminder on every bill

    Bills carry the required CICC compliance reminder so you stay aligned with the Code on every transaction.

  • Per-method surcharge support

    Configure a surcharge for credit-card or wire payments (flat or percentage); the bill automatically reflects it.

How it works

    Create a bill with the amount, client details, and accepted payment methods.

    The client receives an email with the bill and a payment link.

    Payment is confirmed and the bill is marked paid, either automatically (Stripe) or by you (offline).

Pricing

Included in Basic ($29 CAD/mo) and Premium ($69 CAD/mo). 14-day free trial. A 2.5% platform fee applies to Stripe-processed payments; no fee on offline payments.
