Written Consultations

Async paid consultations: clients submit questions, you respond with a written PDF answer on your own schedule.

What you can do

  • Clients pay and submit questions online

Stripe checkout collects your fee; the client submits their case facts and any uploaded documents in one flow.

  • Respond on your own timeline

No live session, no scheduling. Draft your written PDF answer when you have the time.

  • Per-service pricing, scope, and turnaround

Configure how much each written consultation costs, how many pages, and how many business days you commit to.

  • PDF answer delivered by email

Once you mark the consultation answered, the client receives a branded PDF along with any supporting notes.

  • Full consultation history

Every written consultation stays in your dashboard with status, dates, and the delivered answer for your records.

  • Clarification + follow-up loop

Request additional facts from the client mid-review without leaving the consultation thread.

  • Interac eTransfer, alongside cards

Switch it on in Settings and clients can pay for a written consultation by Interac eTransfer instead of by card. A written consultation has no scheduled session, so the 48-hour rule that applies to meetings does not apply here. The request is held while the client sends the transfer, and nothing is released to them, and no answer clock starts, until you have checked your bank and approved it from the Awaiting eTransfer queue. Rush turnaround stays card-only, because a one-day rush inside a 24-hour approval hold does not add up.

How it works

  1. 1

Create a written consultation service with your price, scope, and turnaround.

  2. 2

The client pays and submits their question through your public booking page.

  3. 3

You draft and deliver the PDF answer; the client receives it by email.
